An easy recipe for a room spray that is not loaded with toxic chemicals. Please check out this post on Essential Oil Safety before using EOs.

Essential Room Spray

  • 1/4 cup water, boiled and cooled
  • 1/4 cup vodka
  • 5-15 drops essential oils (you can check out scent combination suggestions here)

Mix well in a glass bowl. Use a glass spray bottle (when using essential oils, you do not want to use plastics). This recipe makes about 1/2 cup, or 4 oz., but you can easily multiply it for a bigger bottle.

  1. I love the idea of a healthy home fragrance! Thanks for sharing your knowledge! I would like a mix of lavender and another essential oil, maybe a floral!
